3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or stock unavailability.
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We process orders within 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within India.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Jahan Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide a proper unboxing video as proof.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
