Refund policy

At Jahan Store, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers across India. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Minor color or design variation due to screen differences

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label clearly visible
  • The product condition while opening

The video must be recorded without cuts or pauses.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

This helps us prevent fraudulent claims and ensures fair support for genuine customers.

3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by Jahan Store.
  • Customers must cooperate with the pickup process arranged by us.

Do not ship the product back without our confirmation.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refund to original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Refund via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Customers must provide correct bank or UPI details for COD refunds.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing the order.

After this time, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

7. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
  • Jahan Store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
